“ I love the chihauhua meetups because there are so many chichuahuas there and my little guy loves it. My dog loves bigger dogs but they sometimes can be a little rough with him (when I say bigger dogs I mean like 25 pounds). It is one of the few times my dog can interact with other dogs his size and I would say the other chihuahuas are like him and just like to sniff each other and follow eachother around. ”

“ Is there any way to "reserve" the park for an hour, just for this meetup? I really want to bring my little ones, but there is still a substantial difference between a 5lb dog and a 25lb dog and I've had some unpleasant experiences with other dogs there. I wish they had a "mini" park for dogs 15lbs and under! ”

“ the dog park in la jolla UTC is also a good place to have the meet up. i heard from some people that parking is an issue but there is parking on the other side of the park and on the streets. I was their for an hour and i saw three dogs get out and that street is not the saftest. ”
