Coronado is more like it! Jack & I would definitely show up for that! (Any plans for a meet up at Wells Park? It has a VERY nice dog park!)

I've never been to Wells Park............what are the details.........address.....etc.......
do they have a fenced in area.........is it separated into 2 parks, by dog's size?
(some chihuahuas like that...........)
Do you have any pics of it? I can post.......

you can volunteer to "host" an event.........

(you just pick a date, time.......and I will post it!!)

I will try to scope it out ahead of time..........

Wells Park is located just off the 8E using the Second Street exit. You make a right off of the freeway, then a right onto Madison. The park is less than a mile down on the left.

Amenities:
-- Two separate fenced areas (one for big dogs and one for small dogs)
-- Large plushy grass area with several trees that offer ample shade
-- Public bathrooms available (rare at dog parks)
-- Drinking fountains (not only for people, but for dogs, too!)
-- Open from 7 am to 9 pm
-- Lit at night time
-- At least 5x bigger than Capehart Park

Perhaps I shall hold an event and introduce you all to a lovely dog-friendly park! It truly is one of the best one I've ever been to!

Jack has an obedience class on Sunday (8/30) and then we are going to take him to Wells Park for some fun! I will take some pictures and load them up so you can get an idea of what it looks like biggrin
