Jack Russell needs home with yard and lots of attention

My friend has a 3yo calm,slightly chubby,quiet male Jack Russell and he really needs to be with someone who is home a lot and has a yard and possibly another dog. He was used to having another dog around and now he is the only dog and he is bored and lonely because she has to travel at times. If you or anyone you know can help that would be great.
